Then I get to the window to pick up my food only to find out while I’m sitting in traffic on 635 that all my food I ordered is not in my bag I’m very frustrated at this point because I paid for food that I did not receive

Food OK, but they price gouge! Posted price for the Sausage Egg McMuffin is $4.59, but at the window they charge $5.79. So VERY WRONG. Illegal, as well? They admitted their prices had gone up and they'll get around to changing the menu board at some time. Again, that is WRONG. If they treat people like this, then I will NOT be back. Shame on you.
