Ordered medium cajun spice Received “FIRE HOT” to the point I had tears running down my face & Throat was on fire for hours. I called and let them know they made a mistake. The manager offered to remake my order, I went back next day picked up shrimp, corn & potatoes at no charge. Keep in mind I brought back what I couldn’t eat to show them I was being honest! At this point I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to any one. To add insult to injury on top of all the mix Up after checking my online banking, They took it upon themselves to add a $9 tip. My Total was $46.31. I’m Not A Happy Camper..

I take classes at CEC which is right down the road from this Taco Bell location. Every Wednesday I go through the drive through during a free period. I often see Joyce as the cashier. She always serves with a smile and says something kind whether the restaurant is super busy or not. As a fast food worker myself I know that is not an easy skill. I really appreciate the kind words and quick service!

We went through the drive thru and we asked for a moment to look at the menu, the woman was super impatient and pretty much yelled at us repeating "Will that complete your order???" And "What to drink???!!!" With such an attitude when we were being polite. We didnt give back that same energy, but that wasnt called for. They weren't busy, there wasnt even anyone else in line so there wasnt an urgency.
