It’s the worst it’s been they were completely out of jello, no chicken n many other things, got a chicken fried steak ,soaked in grease, very doughy n looked bad, the chicken I got b4 they run out was dry it was like beef jerky, they were understaffed, it to a while to get refills n when they did not very friendly, management needs to be fixed

I placed a carry out order for two cheese pizzas and a steak dinner. When I got there to pick it up the pizzas they gave me were burnt. So they told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes for new ones. So 15 minutes went by and I asked them to check on them and they came back and said 3 more minutes. Then after 2 minutes go by someone else comes out and says 3 more minutes. I then ask for the manager. I speak with him and he says they were not burnt. I told him they were and I wanted to make sure he knew what was going on. I then told him I will not be ordering from them any more and I will be telling my family and friends what happened to me. He said if I want I can give him the names and telephone numbers of my friends and family and he will call them for me. I couldn't believe what he said. This is not how you should treat your customers. I won't be eating there any more.

I love this Taco Bell. I also really enjoy TB breakfast. I work 3rd shift, and also down a street from this TB. I had to go back home though and get my wallet, but I came back because the TB on Williams doesn't have as nice of workers as Kasey is. I like her, she seems extremely cheerful for an early morning person. It always makes me happy, and I go home home at eat my breakfast burritos in a good mood because I wasn't yelled at by a drive through worker. Also, she gets my order right. I hate tomatoes, and when I ask for no tomatoes I actually don't get tomatoes. It's nice to have my order right. 10/5, but you only let me put 5. I'll be back of course. Usually on payday, so every other Thursday, around 7:15-7:30am. For a grande steak burrito no tomatoes, and a bacon grande burrito with everything. No sauce. God I love TB breakfast. I've been up for 18 hours and it's wonderful to eat before I crash.

Check #3211, Table 14/1 Server 199 Ashley C date 2/22/2020. Wait for table 1/2 hr(that was fine), seated & waited approx 6 mins for server to take drink order (3 adults, 3 children, 6 & 10), another 5 or 6 mins for drinks to be served, 10 mins before taking order, 40 mins before salads served & another 10 - 12 mins for entrees, Drinks not refilled & no silverware on table, had to go looking for it. When finished meal, which was hot & ok except steak was a little tough. Had to go & find manager to get the bill to pay. We did say something about the service to the manager & she did compensate part of the bill. But the server never came back to our table the manager worked with us. Unfortunately, this was our 2nd bad experience with Cheddar's recently, previously we had enjoy so wanted to give Cheddar's another chance. I do have to say that it is most likely we will not return. Best steak quesarito beef, I have ate in two weeks. Put together right not over stuffed not fallen apart after each bite. All I have to say way to go. Each employee very curtious and smiling good work atmosphere. I will be back.

***. Food cold. Taste crappy. No forks spoons or knives to eat with. Ordered bacon and eggs. No bacon given. Eggs mushy and half done. Like this every time . should close the doors.
