Just went there for the 2 for $5 whoppers and told them I wanted them made a special way well when ordering my food I repeated not once but 3 times my order and the cashier in the window was very rude and this not the first time she was rude to me and my kids and this not my first bad experience at this location I mean come on now but I want b going there anymore bc they is very rude and something needs to b done bout this

Food was fine, but black woman at register was AWFUL!! She never smiled and did not greet us acted like we were bothering her and I have worked for Wendy’s in one of the busiest locations in the country and we put a lot in customer service and treated everyone the same. I think she has reverse prejudism and is against white people! I think you need to get rid of her immediately! Maybe she knows how to be nice to the boss and is pulling the wool over your eyes but to keep her in her position would be a mistake!!It is Monday of Labor Day weekend and it is now 115 she does not have a name tag on I don’t know what your policy is but no name tag but she is the Afro American woman running the register at this Wendy’s.

In my 40 yrs of working out of the airport, I have never encountered such an incredible employee as Dwayne Hayes. He was fast, efficient, cheerful and brightened my morning. Popeyes is lucky to have him.

On Nov. 23,2020 I did a online order for buy 2footlong get one free. This store was no longer doing that so I had them cancel my order. The manager told us that she would give me a refund on Monday. Monday came and went so response went back up there a week later and talked to another manger and the owner and was told that it would be taken care of. Its no almost a month later and its still not taken care of. I talked to the district manager and she was very condescending and VERY RUDE!! Told me that they couldn't give me a refund and that the managers there are not allowed to do refunds!! She refused to give me the owners name and phone number!! This is not the first time we have had a issue with them. The other time we did a online order they took my money and there was no one working!! That time it took me 2 weeks to get my money back!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES!! The sad part is they are getting away with it!!!
