Had to wait in line for 45 minutes no cars were moving so obviously no orders were being taken for whatever reason once I was able to place my order they were out of the food that I wanted once I got to the window I had to be asked to pull over to sit and wait for even longer I will not be back to this location this is unsatisfactory service

One of the girls at register was grossly overweight and had her jeans dropped down below her *** in the back. That was a lot of underwear to see. This is filthy when they are handling food. Someone needs to have the courage to tell her to pull her pants up. If this was a guy he would be arrested as a sexual deviant for exposing himself.

If I could give the restaurant and the staff a zero I would. I ordered a product using the order kiosks and the price was incorrect. When I received my order, I asked the staff member for the rest of my order and she told me that the price was incorrect in the kiosk so she decided not to provide me with the product. Essentially, the restaurant is misrepresenting their prices. Either update the order kiosk prices or continue to honor the price posted on the order kiosk. There are several ways to handle this issue. One option is to honor the posted price in order to keep your customers. The second option is to correct the price using a sign next to each kiosk and next to the cash register. The third option is to have the staff trained how to handle this problem. I've put up with substandard service from this restaurant for years, with incorrect orders common, poor service and a dirty restaurant. This is just the final straw and I will take my business to another restaurant The Wendys in Maynard is a much better option.

The owner is has a tight wallet and a firm grip on his employees. He will squeeze every ounce of energy from every individual. Working there I exceeded expectations for months and my "promotion" to manager meant continuing to work as a server and taking on the responsibilities of a manager for $700 a month (plus tips). The clientele is senior citizens, which means 15% for high quality service. Working 45-55 hours a week, none of my efforts were good enough. If I made an effort to improve in one area, I was reminded how lacking I was in another. No insurance, no added pay for overtime hours, the schedule was written with a sharpie on a piece of loose leaf paper. I will always caution anyone who asks about Bistro Orleans.

Unzipped my purse and opened it while I was on the exam table. I took it from him before he took out the contents. He violated HIPPA. Discussed my medical condition and records with an unknown man outside my exam room. Did not answer my questions regarding my visit. He rushed me out the door.
