This year I have had many problems with mr.toups, but these are some of the main issues. He makes turn our homework into one file, and to do that we either have to have a specific printer or an app that takes up the majority of storage on our phones, if we don’t turn it in in that format he will barely give us credit for the assignment, which wouldn’t be a problem if he graded the actual content of our homework. We have brought this to his attention but he doesn’t care. He has also made many inappropriate comments during class, one of them to be specific he said to a male student “You should thank me I sat you in between two girls.” This was said in front of the entire class. He has also instigated many arguments with students, and I feel that is very inappropriate in the work place. The emails he sends to parents are very condescending and rude

Always on his phone, pays no attention to his students, and constantly forgets the girl portion of his class. Every day we wait for him and he leaves without us, saying that even though he’s supposed to tell us what gym or court we are at we should figure it out by listening to the boys locker room to see if they’d left yet. Absolutely worst teacher I’ve ever had and the only reason he was inducted into the athletic hall of fame is because our volleyball team has talent
