Ms. Brown was by far the worst art teacher I have ever met, she picks favorites and is always getting into arguments with anyone and everyone. She talks badly about most co-workers but mostly talks badly about her amazing boss George Aulenbacher. This past school year (2016-2017) she did not enter a single art piece to any art shoes (even after asking about it). She never teaches anything she sits at her desk and plays on her computer, there is never any instruction time and then she gets mad when you haven't done anything by the end of the year. She is not observant at all for instance you could walk out of the classroom or walk out and she would hardly ever notice. She also never dresses professionally, she wears t-shirts and track pants. Throughout my time in her class I was never taught any techniques nor would she let/help me grow as an artist.

Ms. Hartman is very nice, knowledgeable, and funny. She helped our son grow and learn better than he previously did. She is not a millenial, young. In spite of her somewhat youthful appearance, she has 15 years experience and it shows. She knows special education inside and out.
