I know why...because some ridiculous, insecure-but-in-denial-about-it kid needs to take out their anger on anyone who doesn't kiss their filthy feet. And yes, this person is a kid, regardless of how much they pretend to be an adult. When your spelling and grammar is so horrible that parts of your writing are genuinely incoherent and all your complaints are petty, dear, you're obviously a child. And kid, don't you dare return to this site claiming "I'M NOT INSECURE AND THE RUDE PEOPLE ON THIS SITE ARE BEING SO UNFAIR TO ME AND MS. MCGARRITY IS SO FULL OF BLUBBER SHE COULD FILL THE PACIFIC OCEAN AND SHE GAVE ME A D IT WAS HER FAULT DUE TO HER NONTEACHING HOW AM I GOING TO SURVIVE I HAD A STROKE JUST THINKING ABT IT!!!!!!" First off, I had a stroke just reading your verbiage. Secondly, you're just proving my point about how your in *denial* about your personal issues and how pathetic your defamation of Ms. McGarrity is.

Ms. McGarrity, I.S. 187, Brooklyn, NY, 11219

Rating: 2 out of 5.

She expects students to understand every instruction she gives, and only regrades assignments for 6th graders only. Yes, 7th and 8th graders need less help, but they still need assistance. One time, she changed the due date to an earlier time and expected students to turn in the assignment at that specific time. When students told her that there were some technological issues and the assignment was turned in a bit later, she commented back: “LOL. You procrastinated. If I had made the due date 6:00, you would’ve told me at 6:01.” You would’ve thought that as a tech teacher, she would be most understanding about tech issues. But no.... Students are afraid to ask her questions to clarify because of her attitudes. Many students dread going to her classes. What should I say? “LOL”?

Reminder that none of the words she saids to you and the way she is overly strict and disciplinary isn't relevant to real life in any way. She is a sad human being that projects her own problems onto poor 12 and 13 year olds. If she yells at you, don't take it personally, please, I took it personally for many years and needlessly suffered over nothing. Just remember that she is a NPC bot who is upset about her own lack of control of her life, so she powertrips to control little kids. She has no one, not even the fiance she claims (a lie she's been saying for over a decade). So just feel pity for this sad human being. Don't take anything personally. Nothing you do is your fault, just be yourself and never let her dictate your own worth. Remember you can always report her to Mrs. Sadiki if she does something unfair to your grade. Then report her again once she becomes passive aggressive to you afterwards for reporting her. It doesn't matter, just mention how she bullies kids and wrecks their self esteem.

As a current HS student, I've realized how much Ms. McGarrity has truly screwed me over. I had her during online classes and she was an absolute nightmare, to say the least. No 12 year old child should have to be constantly told that they are "stupid" or berated daily like how she did to me and my peers. As a technology teacher, she should've known that there would be many technical errors when it came to online learning and that it isn't her students' fault. Instead, she would guilt trip us into thinking it was our fault... I truly wouldn't wish anyone to have her as their teacher and I feel sorry for whoever has had her. It's surprising that she still has her job, I'm honestly not sure why considering what an awful person she is to her students.

Now in college, I still get mad thinking about how she bullied me in middle school. Yes, it never stops crossing my mind every so often how little i felt when she would make absurd comments. Mcgarrity at 187 is a literal nightmare. No child should have to go through this. I hope she has been fired.

I *** hate her white ***. She’s built like that giant from jack and the bean stalk. I can’t believe there are clothes fit for her size.

She doesn't teach well. You can't get directions easily and if you miss one class your screwed. You can't talk to anyone because she will yell at you so once you walk in it's every man for himself. If you do something wrong she will call you up and say how you weren't paying attention. But don't worry, you can just ask her for hel- oh wait you can't ask her anything because she will say how you aren't paying attention, yet she tells you to ask her f you need something. Homeworks are very complicated because its not easy to understand her trash directions in class. Honestly, if a teacher doesn't have the physical capability to get up and help their students, they should not be teaching.

If Ms. McGarrity is so big that she has her own climate, can I please live on her? That way, I won't have to deal with Earth's burgeoning climate crisis...
