Lenka Stankova sounds like she missed way more then a little in Medical School. Have you ever met someone who was so poor at there job you first thought is they went to a PARTY SCHOOL. The University or College should ask for the degree back because they are an embarrassment to there school? Is there such a mechanism already in place? I hired an accountant, screwed up my business taxes and I got audited. This is your job and your bad at it and now I must pay the IRS large sums of money because of it.

Self centered and out of touch. Is a director of operations so he should be great at communicating and delegating work. Sadly isn't good at either. Is very out of touch with the duties of a front of house general manager. Lies about things he said to do and will blame you for his short comings. Is a director of operations for pints and has had whole restraunts quit on him for his incompetence. Loves to talk about his trip to Vietnam and joke about " going back to serving" I doudt he ever was a server seeing as he has no idea how to sell a ticket and routinely sells smaller tickets in the kitchen before large ones that came in first causing angry customers and comping them beers. Is out of shape and eats for free while constantly raising food prices and employee prices. Stares and excel sheets like he's trying to figure out some sort of complex theory and thinks highly of his skills (or lack there of) when literally any kid born after 1990 could do his job and set up those excel sheets seeing as how to use excel and add formulas and graphs and figure out how to balance expenses and increase revenue since this is all taught in any public high school. I don't know who's *** he has to *** to get this position but he must be able to *** chrome off rims with his income. As I said earlier jokes about going back to serving because minimum wage got raised as if the amount of money we are being paid these days is equivalent to what his fat *** was making in high school but with less buying power. Saying that should be easy to figure out why that's insulting. To joke about that when you're well off and cutting servers hours and making enough money to survive comfortably at that really shows how much he cares. Quality of work has really fallen off and he recently fired our host who was hired as a server and never got serving hours even though the kid always got great reviews (customers seemed to love him) and was always receiving praise for scoring perfect seceret shopper scores. It was sad to see him go after being strung along for so long and was the only worker who lived in the community and truly wanted to see the place thrive. Poor kid was the happiest and most driven person when he started with no experience and quickly picked it up and had an open mind trying to constantly get better. I have been here for years and honestly am leaving soon seeing the direction he's taking the restaurant. I.E. getting rid of the host, getting rid of the front of house general manager,cutting hours while hiring more people for menial jobs (expo,more servers with less hours [keeping hours low as to not give employees insurance.] also does not lead by example when operating at front of house general manager by delegating tasks that take longer to ask someone to do rather than doing it himself and letting the worker know. Gives bullshit excuses as to why it's more logical to make you do something that he should easily know how to do. The more I've seen him involved and sweating and talking to table the less and less I've seen regular customers come in. Does not hesitate to blame other for things that he did. Not to mention he walks up to severs tables after the customers leave to check how much the servers are being tipped. Expects servers to pay for food and soup that they are expected to know how it tastes, how much comes in a serving, and how many people it can feed. Is quick to cut hours, positions, benefits, cut himself when he longer feels urge to work all to keep his salary paid the same. Also enjoys walking up to servers tables while the server is busy making the rounds to their other tables and then act as if the server isn't doing their job. I do not doudt that if zoiglhaus intends to prosper and be a true staple of the community mo's gotta be the first to go, not to mention employing people from the neighborhood seeing as that's what's going to help bring up the neighborhood and bring them together. I've seen a lot less regulars since they got rid of the poor kid who was hired as a server and treated as a host. Honestly he's so bad at communicating that emails me and other employees have sent him about issues that need to be resolved and demands responses to emails that truly do not a require a response. Also likes to talk down to employees by using slightly better diction than a sophomore in an English class as he believes that using clever words to say something rude and unprofessional because he seems to think no one who works below him (saying below because this guy truly doesn't understand the first thing about motivating a team of servers or the kitchen and definitely only considers him self as a big *** instead of part of the team or [family] as he would call it whilst bullshit literally and figuratively pours from his mouth.) the owners who own zoiglhaus and pints should send someone in to watch and see what he actually gets done and how he works under the guise of being trained for a director of operations job at another location because god knows this guy couldn't even pass the test the servers must complete to work there. Likes to add how no one pulls their weight with out taking in to considerstion how understaffed the restaurant is and that poor kid he had hosting instead of working the position he was hired for had his name slandered because mo had asked the poor kid to run food and to hurry and go clean all the tables and had him running around like crazy pointing out dirty tables that the servers are supposed to clean (literally in the job description) which would make him leave the host stand and then talk about him forn not seating new customers after even though when he was trained he was told to only keep the front 8 window side booths clean as to never be far from the host stand. And don't even get me started on the amount of *** he gives us (servers) as an example during the fall of 2016 he had asked a morning server who had a lot of sidework to get done before opening to go sweep the fallen leaves out front in front of our neighboring business which the neighboring business owner yelled at the poor guy for and that mo blamed on the server. Here's hoping you find this review before even considering him for another director of operations/ front of house general manager to save your business the money and loss of customers and valued employees. He has after all already lost pints a whole staff (server, dishwasher, and kitchen) in Arizona I believe and had to leave zoiglhaus for a week as to hire new staff/ crew. If I can save even one company/ person the displeasure of meeting and or hiring/ working with him then I feel as if I've done the community and industry a great service.

Dr Travis Dwyer told me he was experienced with a simple ankle procedure. I had a list of questions my Orthopedic doctor had told me to ask. Dr Dwyer said he was experienced with this simple procedure which he was not, in fact he had never did this surgical procedure and was using me to teach himself. This all became apparent post op when my ankle joint was hanging out the side of my leg, my foot up on the side making it difficult to get around. I continued to request him to do xrays to see what the problem was and he would not do them. He did tell me sine they are a teaching facility he was going to teach this procedure. Now if he already had the experience this would of never came up. He has crippled me, destroyed my life and I still may have to have an amputation. I finally went back to the Orthopedic doctor but the damage was so extensive there was nothing he could do he referred me to an expert to try to reconstruct my leg, ankle and foot with plates, rods, screws and grafts. The Orthopedic doctor said the surgery Dwyer did was not what he did and the expert told me no doctor can ever cut through the bone in which Dr Dwyer did this would happen. The Doctors had never seen any surgeon use that surgical technique. What made it worse is instead of Dr Dwyer sending to someone to fix his errors he continued to have me come in 6 months for post op appointments. He knew there were horrible problem he didn't refer me out asap to someone that may of been able to help so the damage was not so extensive. Not only did the ankle bone die but I had dead bones on the foot and the leg bone all because he remained negligent. He was trying to figure out how to hide this negligent mistake which only made the damage worse. Per the infectious disease doctor I would of became sepsis and probably died. the bottom line is he was negligent pre and post op. The state in which I live (DE) has the medical board and recently arrested a doctor for medicare fraud and identity theft of his minor patients. The consumer advocate group noted DE is not know for disciplining like the other States. Attorneys don't want cases unless there are millions being net into their pocket and my leg hasn't been amputated yet therefore the case wasn't worth as much and my statue expired. I had a good salary until he touched me. While I was trying to obtain an attorney I came across one that had a current case and this man had an amputation. A few months ago a lady sent me a message through FB asking if I was the person who posted a previous review on this Doctor, she to has issues from his surgery and is trying to seek medical attention elsewhere to see if it can be corrected. Do not trust this doctor, Do not let this doctor touch you unless you want to gamble with your ability to walk or live. He should be charged with 1st degree assault but all doctors are above the law. If they are charged it has to go through the corrupt medical board first.

i agree nothing ever good comes out of ASU its why I transferred to NYU. If she went to ASU for 9 years it's no wonder, she's below the standard and has such poor ratings. I am so glad she's not my doctor after reading the vitals website. She should ask ASU for her money back she was robbed if she asks nicely Biden might forgive her student loans and put the burden on everyone else. Very sad experience. Dr. Sullivan performed a root canal on my number 13 molar. The root canals of this tooth are very narrow and extended. I warned the Dr. that I had a traumatic experience with elongated tooth roots which for teeth being extracted both as an adolescent and as a young serviceman in the Navy. Both of those times the dentists had a rough time with the teeth. The procedures lasted over 4 hours for the tooth when I was a child, and two visits over 3 hours each when I was in the Navy. Dr. Sullivan assured me that he was capable, and that his skill was superior. I believed him. After his first attempt at root canals on this tooth, Dr. Sullivan sent me home telling me that there wasn’t enough time that day to finish the procedure. Mind you I’m under the influence of sedation at this time. I told Dr. Sullivan that I would rather have the tooth pulled than go through another 3 hours in the chair. Amazingly I believed him again when he told me the reason he couldn’t finish was because of scheduling. He also said that he wanted to prove to his dental assistants he could finish the job! Being as high as I was on the anesthesia I made the poor judgement call to return. Two days went by with excruciating pain in my upper jaw. I was having to take Tylenol and Advil to relieve the discomfort. I went back to Sullivan’s office, asked AGAIN if it would be better to just extract the tooth, and he said it was his opinion he could save it, and this time he could finish the job and apply the cap. So I strapped on his gas mask and knocked myself stupid only to have the “Doctor” root around, stretch my jaw and break off half of what was left of the tooth. When I came to I distinctly remembered the snap, the dental assistant saying “Oh God!”, and the good Dr. scurrying away into another operatory. What was I told this time? Of course that I’d have to come back since it was the tooth’s fault it was so damaged that it cracked, and now he had to make a new cap with his machine. Stoned on the good Dr.’s laughing gas I told him “that’s okay, mistakes happen”. What an idiot I was. The laughing gas wore off and the Tylenol Advil routine lasted a week. I went back to Beacon Dental Center, this time for the last time, to finally get the remnants of my tooth capped. This time he squirted the glue in to fill the root canals, fixed the cap on the tooth, and away I went. Fast forward 5 years and I’m in the chair of a very competent dentist. The dentist asks if I’m in any pain and I mention the constant pain I’ve had on my left sinus area. I’ve felt this pain for three years. I’m shown the current X-ray of the area and the Dentist tells me that it’s not normal. The capped tooth is great work (machine made, remember) but there is stuff in the canals of Number 13 tooth that extend into the sinus. After visits to an Ear Nose Throat MD, Oral Surgeon and Endodontist specialists, I’m scheduled to have an operation to remove the so-called saved tooth, and resultant fistula created by the extensive overfilling of the Number 13 root canals with guttapurcha, the latex based root canal filling material. Predictably I could sue and win to recover the costs of these procedures, but the good Doctor has closed his practice, and is now enrolled in a school in Detroit. The lawyer I consulted doesn’t see that my case is strong enough to show the pain I’ve been living through since I trusted Dr. Sullivan. Of course there are risks to root canals. I accepted the possibility of a dry socket, and possible infection, but was re-assured by Sullivan that he’s done thousands of these procedures with no bad outcomes. General dentists can perform root canal procedures along with other dental procedures, but often they refer patients needing endodontic treatment to a specialized practice, who works in collaboration with your dentist. An endodontist is a dentist who specializes in saving teeth. Dr. Sullivan should have not touched that tooth after I warned him of the history of my other root issues, and certainly after he saw the roots narrowness and length.

Doctor I would never ever recommend a magazine that was discontinued the American Way used to sit in chair backs of airlines along with the sky mall both you could pay to get into also discontinued for those of us who are old enough to remember those magazines to tell people how good you are smells of desperation. Are you desperate doctor by your negative reviews absolutely everywhere I would say so? I would also never tell people that you received doctor of the year from the VA hospital either a place were many veterans including my neighbor a Vietnam veteran are all F. UP. Its a public hospital for veterans a TRAINING HOSPITAL for up and coming doctors who get to practice without fear nothing more. THEY HAVE TO PRACTICE SOMEWHERE. I would agree with that they have to gain experience. Most people know the VA hospital is were careers start as most medical students do time at some VA hospital somewhere I did and were careers die as they want the protection of never being able to be sued personally or fired as every American knows the FEDERAL workforce his huge and keeps on growing its truly the best job to have. My experience in the medical field is 1 bad review is one thing 5 bad reviews is another when you have 50 plus bad reviews across every aspect of the internet, social platforms, blogs, bulletin boards dark web you have a serious, serious problem as a person and a doctor. Doctor of the year is not just given out for bringing in the most grant money as the lady said its also given out for being published in some cases. When a doctor, psychiatrist etc can not get published on the own they attach there name to a study you probably have attached your name to more then a few studies to make yourself look good everyone does it exactly like a congressperson does a bill to add legitimacy to there credentials every American knows this it happens all the time. It does not add value or make you a better doctor if you sucked before you will certainly *** afterwards Americans know this. As a head hunter I would make this suggestion doctor. Ask Yourself why do people hate you? Is it your attitude? Do you think you are better then everyone else? Do you treat your patients with dignity and respect they deserve value there opinion? Have you ever asked your patients were you could improve? When you find that out your reputation as a doctor and a person might turn around but right now I would NEVER send you out on a job interview. You are RADIOACTIVE as they say. If you can not find that anwser you should certainly find a new career as you are a danger to yourself thinking you are better then you are and a danger to your patients. I have worked in the medical field for over 35 years its just my opinion take it with a grain of salt.

The checkout Sheryl was very abrupt. She practically screamed at me for not social distancing since the in front customer had to still use the pin pad. I was unaware that he hadn’t used it already. I was beginning to load my items when I heard this abrasive abrupt voice chastising me like I should have known. Why is it so far back?? Any way she is a detriment to your team There is a reason NOT to hire Vocational rehab people In addition I said “ Wonder if Corp requires vaccinations to work here” and she abruptly said “I don’t discuss vaccinations” Who ask her to discuss anything? A simple I don’t know would have been sufficient

I placed a carry out order for two cheese pizzas and a steak dinner. When I got there to pick it up the pizzas they gave me were burnt. So they told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes for new ones. So 15 minutes went by and I asked them to check on them and they came back and said 3 more minutes. Then after 2 minutes go by someone else comes out and says 3 more minutes. I then ask for the manager. I speak with him and he says they were not burnt. I told him they were and I wanted to make sure he knew what was going on. I then told him I will not be ordering from them any more and I will be telling my family and friends what happened to me. He said if I want I can give him the names and telephone numbers of my friends and family and he will call them for me. I couldn't believe what he said. This is not how you should treat your customers. I won't be eating there any more.

Lenka Stankova is one of the most UN PROFESSIONAL doctors in my opinion in modern history CHOOSING NOT TO SHOW UP witch seems she has a pattern of doing not discussing with her patients the potential side effects in some case life changing side effects is Lenka Stankovas BREACH OF DUTY because all Lenka Stankova cares about is her self. NO ONE ELSE You hit the nail squarely on the head sir. Is James short for something I only ask as my mother calls me Jamie? Lenka Stankova cares about one thing as you found out getting the surgery at ALL COST. SCREW THE PATIENT. SCREW the patients future. The only thing that is important is what lenka stankova says it is so I know exactly how you feel James. She didn't SHOW UP for me either so don't feel bad. While I try not to think about Lenka Stankova EVER the butchering I received is evident by everyone who makes a stupid comment every day, every time I look in the mirror the 40 extra pounds I put on witch really hurts as I was in bariatrics to loose weight) the dysphasia, chest pains, *** are just to name a few. All side effects that come with thyroid removal that I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE of but was not because lenka stankova failed to show up for me to. So I do understand you believe me. Lenka Stankova STOLE MY HEALTH CARE CHOICE by withholding pertinent facts and not showing up I should have been given all the information good or bad every patient should that way they can make an informed choice NOT WITH LENKA STANKOVA Most people ask if my doctor was DRUNK at the time of surgery a comment I have heard 1000's of times unfortunately I dont know as we have never met. If I live 4 more years I will have heard that comment more times then people applying for asylum at our southern boarder.

My name's is James. Hi everyone one. I am new to this site. I can see most of you have had dealings with LENKA STANKOVA. You can include me in that group to unfortunately. Lenka stankova didn't show up at my appointment either. I to think she hates people but not just people I think she hates veterans just ask she has destroyed alot of lives. Most Veterans feel powerless as they can not afford to go to the outside and get a real doctor. Ask them they will tell you. I to Agee as I felt I was practiced on I thought then what I still think today no one can be this bad a doctor and be a legit doctor. I was wrong. I also agree with most Veterans the VA does not get quality we are a stop over for most doctors before retirement the last stop or buying time until doctors get good enough to start there own practice. You will not get any disagreement out if me. I agree with all of you. I agree with everyone. She's awful. She will ruin your life. Her subs never give you all the facts because if they did you would walk and they don't want that thus stealing your healthcare choice. Her subs never discuss alternatives to being cut on it all the side effects you might have again because the only thing the care about is getting the surgery at all cost in my opinion She did not show up in clinic not why I was in the hospital not after the surgery when I kept falling down and had trouble getting to the bathroom she was no we're to be found. I have never met her EVER. I could not point her out if she was standing two feet in front of me. You should be able to meet you doctor always especially someone who is going to cut in you not at the Dallas VA. The VA allows this. HOLT allows this bad practice even condones it I also agree with many of your assessments as being known by the name butcher, hacker, and the diablo the rest I had not heard but does not surprise me one bit. She likes to cut on people butcher and hack on them but she does not like to be seen because most people would see her as the fraud she is. I agree also with the assessment she will leave you worse off when she's done with you but you folks already knew that. I found out to late to be saved from this doctor. The Dallas VA allows this as a matter of policy. The management HOLT is his name I think it's ok that you don't meet and can not judge the character of the doctors by allow you to ask questions and look the person who is about to cut in you in the eye. I agree with each and everyone if you. Your assessments if this doctor do not differ my my own.
