Was searching for review sites to share my experience and this one came up. Not sure what the 1 star review is talking about. Ryan was the most helpful person I've dealt with online. It was awesome to be chatting on their website and have someone offer to call you because you have some questions. Ryan did that and helped me buy what I needed without overpaying. I was going to buy a 37 ton log splitter, but after talking with Ryan, ended up with the 27 ton. He saved me a few hundred bucks and the splitter is still more than what I need. Thanks Ryan.

Great company. Ryan, took care of answering all my questions and helped me pick the best splitter for my needs. Shipping was fast and the free liftgate delivery was helpful. Would buy from them again.

Shady company that sells used, returned junk. They claim its news, but when you get it, its so obviously used. Junk. Crapolla. Ryan in customer service is a lying piece of crap.
